  • Delivery Apps: Order our desserts through third-party delivery platforms. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective delivery platform.
  • Home Delivery: Direct delivery service to your location. Delivery fees and minimum order requirements may apply based on your location.
  • Wholesale Sales: Bulk orders for businesses, retailers, and institutions. Custom pricing and terms are available for wholesale customers. Please contact us for more information.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized dessert orders for special occasions, celebrations, or individual preferences. Advance notice may be required depending on the complexity of the order.
  • Catering Services: Luxury dessert catering for events including weddings, corporate events, and private soirées. All catering services require prior consultation and booking.

Operating Hours

Our regular operating and delivery hours are Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Special hours may apply during holidays. Please contact us to confirm availability during holiday periods.

Order Lead Times

We require a minimum of two (2) days advance notice for catering orders and large home delivery orders to ensure proper preparation and quality. Smaller orders may be accommodated with shorter notice, subject to availability.

Orders, Bookings, and Payment

When placing an order or booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information including delivery address, contact details, and any special requirements
  • Pay the required deposit or full payment as specified for your order type (catering services typically require a deposit)
  • Pay the remaining balance according to the agreed payment schedule and terms
  • Notify us of any changes to your order or event details in a timely manner
  • For delivery orders, ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery time

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type:

  • Restaurant and delivery app orders: Payment is required at the time of order
  • Home delivery orders: Payment may be required in advance or upon delivery, as specified
  • Wholesale orders: Payment terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis
  • Catering services: A deposit is typically required to secure your booking, with the balance due according to the agreed schedule

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to maintain fair and transparent pricing. All prices are displayed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise specified.

Tipping Policy

Tipping is completely optional. At Black Brûlée, we prefer not to receive tips as we believe in fair pricing that allows us to properly compensate our employees. However, if a tip is received, it is distributed in full to our employees. We are committed to fair wages and ethical business practices.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

Restaurant and Delivery Orders

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Catering Services

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund

Wholesale Orders

Cancellation terms for wholesale orders are specified in the individual contract or agreement.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds.

Delivery Terms

For home delivery and delivery app orders:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather conditions, and order volume
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services
  • If no one is available to receive the order, we may attempt redelivery or hold the order for pickup, subject to additional fees
  • Delivery areas and fees are subject to change. Please confirm delivery availability for your location

Product Quality and Freshness

We are committed to providing the highest quality products. All desserts are prepared fresh to order. For optimal quality, we recommend consuming products on the day of delivery or pickup. Storage instructions will be provided with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to determine what went wrong. If the damage or error is determined to be the responsibility of Black Brûlée, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate. Each case will be evaluated individually to ensure a fair resolution.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

We take dietary requirements and allergies seriously. Please inform us of any special dietary needs, allergies, or restrictions at the time of ordering or booking. While we take every precaution to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens due to shared kitchen facilities. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

Limitation of Liability

Black Brûlée shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
